I Love America

There’s a little outdoor nook on the third floor of our apartment complex with a Southern California view for the ages. We spent the evening of Fourth of July there and saw at least six fireworks displays: three huge ones, including SeaWorld, and three that—ahem—likely took place without government sanctions. We met some of our neighbors for the first time, and had fun as bombs burst in air, car alarms went off all over the neighborhood, and our city’s pet owners clung to their fur-babies for dear life.

America’s fantastic. I love it here.

This past Sunday my church, Canyon Ridge Baptist Church, held its annual picnic. I traditionally do a promo video for the event. This year was no exception. Here it is. God bless America.
